Yesterday Patrik and Emil were in Mladá Boleslav in Czech Republic to test the Renault on asphalt.
- The test went well, but we had some problems with our car and borrowed Kalle Pinomäkis instead. The car is very easy to drive on asphalt, says Patrik.
The stage they drove was bumpier than the roads in Germany, but it doesn’t matter.
- Both me and Kalle is here to learn to drive on asphalt, says Patrik.
About the setup for the car, it’s all in the Renault teams hands.
- If it’s anything they can, its do drive on asphalt, so we trust them at 100%. Of course I can say what I think about the setup, but we trust them.
Patrik and Emil are looking forward to the next WRC-rally that starts on Friday in Germany. Today Tuesday the recce begins.
