During the final in STCC on Mantorp this weekend, Patrik Sandell drives as a guest driver.
Patrik Sandell has a hectic schedule. But when the organisation for the competition asked him if he wanted to drive JTCC, he didn’t hesitate for so long.
- It’s going to be fun! I’ve never drive racing before. Just a little folkrace, but I’ll not drive like that this weekend; I won’t have any friends left, laughs Sandell.
- I’ve driven the course on video game a few times before. Let’s see if it’s right what Alx Danielsson said to me, you can learn the course through video games. But I’ll try to take help from my racing co-workers and see if I can learn the course and get some advices, says Patrik Sandell.
On Saturday it’s qualification and Race 1. Race 2 is on Sunday. Direct after the competition Patrik goes to Spain to prepare for Rally Catalunya next weekend.
