Day 1 has been cleared for Sandell and the first day was really tough. Many punctures and still not yet the right rythm in the driving. But it will come Patrik points out. At first we learned to drive at snow and ice. Then we went on to gravel and now it is time to master the tarmac events aswell. Just give it some time, afterall this is only the third tarmac rally for Sandell.
Stage 5 was ok but not 100%, Patrik says that he is going into the corners with slightly to high speed and he think he is losing time at the ending of these corners. That is something to think about for te rest of the rally.
Already on Stage 6 he felt a change but once again the tires let him down and he punctured BOTH front tires...
